Hello 6th Grade!
I hope all of you are having a good morning. While you are reading this, I am waiting to get on a plane to Philadelphia. I always get really nervous before flying. It is scary to be up so high for so long. For today's journal, write two paragraphs about what makes you nervous.

2/7/11 JOURNAL
Good Morning 6th Graders!
Over the weekend I spent some time with my parents. We had a conversation about all of you. Throughout our talk, I kept telling them how all of you are so intelligent. I felt really lucky/blessed to have you all as my students. In this journal, write about something that you feel blessed or lucky to have in your life. Make sure to include why you feel this way.
