  1. The day in Washtington was hot and it seem like i was on a hot dessert. The reason why i think that it was like a dessert was because it was all hot and it was alot of people walking around you and it's a big city. i didnt learn so much on the DC trip but something that i did know about DC is one day this lady when in the art Museum and she was a crazy lady and then she start nooking this picture down that was 3,000,000 dollars and she was lucky that day becasue that picture did not fall down hard. What was boring on this trip was we did not go see the White House and all we did was walk to the museums and be bored to death about what was inside the museum. The reason why it was so boring is because the museums that se was going to was not that cool and we was walking in the heat.

  2. It was fun and alot of history and it was awesome. My favorite monument is the Lincoln memorial. Because he was the first president not to have slaves. The most boring monument is the national monument. Because it was just so boring to see. What I learned is the history of the past.Thats my journal!

My day in Washington D.C was fun and boring at the same time. My favorite museum is the space and air museum. I like this museum because they have a plane exhibithtion and you can get inside of it and it will flip you around and turn you upside down. The most boring part was the spaceship exhibition. This was boring to me because I really didn’t care about spaceship stuff. I was a little mad because I really wanted to see the Lincoln memorial. Overall I learned that Washington D.C is not allowed to sale straws because it causes a littering problem.

  4. I learned that the Lincoln Memorial is about 19 feet tall and who the sculptor and architect are. I learned that the sculptor wanted people to focus on Abraham Lincoln sitting in a chair. I also learned that a lot of things are inscribed on the sides of the memorials walls and that a painter painted murals to describe the principles evident to his life on the monument. Well that is what I learned from the memorial.

  6. My day at Washington D.c was kond of boring because the places we did go to didn't catch my eyes. I would have liked to go to the please touch place. I had fun with them but It was very hot and my feet was hurting. The best part abou this trip was the bus ride. I learned that back then people used to paint pictures of women without any clothes on because now people are negative and people like to buy these pictures of women naked because they can't do that now or someone would think negative. The best place was the one with all of the art and stuff because I got to see all of these cool pictures and people painting them. I learned alot of stuff because i was really paying attention and reading those liitle messages on the side of each thin. I had a nice day without being in school. It was okay its better than being in shool. I hated the alking and Im surprised that it wasn't no bugs out.Fianlly, that was my day at washington D.c

But yea you are right about us being hot and bored because it was just all about african american stuff and it should have been more stuff to touch or see. They should have made t more interesting. But other than that I had a good time. ( Daija- That rice taste like rubber. Lolx )

  8. Since we only went to two place I think my favorite place was Washington Monument. I think that was my favorite monument because it is a very unique building I have never seen anything like and for us to see it is really made me surprised about what it looked and felt like. Overall I really didn't learn anything because we were just walking a round trying to cram in everything we could do.
